Course organization
The course's target is offer to students knowledge and awareness of organization and functions of Regions and local authorities, of thei mutual relationships and with the State. These topics gained new and particular relevance after last constitutional reform. For this purpose, during the course the analysis will be devoted to normative acts, as well as Constitutional Court's case-law.
