Value Chain and Sustainability in Wine and Agro-Food Business

The research group works in the following scientific areas: wine business management, agribusiness, wine and food marketing, demand analysis and consumer behavior, public policies in agro-food and wine industries, natural resources management, sustainability and climate change, wine and food supply chains analysis, food and wine local territorial systems. The research group aims to constantly improve the quality of research by publishing articles in international journals indexed by Scopus and WoS, participating in conferences with indexed proceedings, and pledging to increase the visibility and impact of research results. The research group aims to increase its degree of internationalization through the participation in research projects and the encouragement of incoming and outcoming visiting research with prestigious foreign universities and research centers. The research group is also involved in the transfer of knowledge to the business system of wine and agro-food industries by promoting joint research projects and outreach activities.
