Learning outcomes

The course objective is to provide a quantitative analysis methodology based upon observation, findings and elaboration of collective phenomena. In particular the problematics of analyzing data will be discussed, as well as the design and creation of surveys and experiments in diverse applicable sectors for descriptive, interpretational and decision-making ends.

Syllabus

Classroom lessons: 48 hours / practical exercises 40 hours.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written exam with a follow-on integrated oral exam if requested by either the student or the faculty.
