Learning outcomes

The course is aimed at examining, from an economic and company point of view, some troublesome points which undermine some major extraordinary operations which take place in the enterprise’s existence: planning and executive stage operations will be discussed. These lectures will be supported by a concrete case-study analysis which is directed to enhance the understanding of this subject matter.

This course is made of both lectures – equal to 3 Credits (18 hours) - and seminars - equal to 2 Credits (20 hours).

Assessment methods and criteria

The examination will be taken orally.
