The course examines the regulation of market and competition, with specially attention for legal prohibition of unfair competition, antitrust law, and intellectual property rights. The goals of the course are to provide students with a substantive understanding of the most relevant legal issues that arise in business competition and their economic implications, and to develop students’ skill in critically analyzing legal rules of competition.
