Learning outcomes

The course analyses some relevant topics for a company’s life, such as company evaluation, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, changes of the legal form, liquidations, divestments and investments.

Syllabus

I – Part I
1. Company evaluation.
2. Mergers and spin-offs.
3. Change of legal form of companies and liquidation.
4. Divestments and investments.

II – Part II
5. Casestudy of mergers and spin-offs

Assessment methods and criteria

Written examination. The student may ask for an additional oral examination.
