Giorgio has over 15 years’ experience of defining and leading Customer Experience and CRM transformation programs in the US, UK and Europe. He has worked in the pharmaceutical, transportation, automotive, industrial equipment and technology sectors both as consultant and as Director of Fortune 500 companies, and has first-hand experience in Head Quarters and National Sales Companies relations.
In his last industry position, he designed and led a pan European multichannel Customer Experience and CRM program. The program affected more than 1,000 Dealers and 10 National Sales Companies, introduced new Customer Experience metrics, technologies, and processes to pre-sales digital and physical touch-points, improved end-consumer NPS by 25 percentage
