New business models and business networks

In 2010 bylaw was introduced the concept of "business network", a new business model was born. The main purpose of the network is to make Italian SMEs more effective and competitive. For this reason, the research activity is aimed at identifying indicators (KPI) and tools to monitor the performance of the companies that adhere to the network contract and their potential for development, as well as define what are the important features to ensure the resilience of the network itself. The traditional economic-financial indicators mainly connected to the financial statements must be integrated with new "qualitative" approaches and elements that allow the assessment of the long-term impact deriving from participation in the network.
