New organizational forms ICT-based

This research group started with the two projects indicated below. The first object was the study of the evolution of the collaborative platform, the "AgriOK" marketplace consisting of the Granarolo group. The second focused on a panel of digital platforms for the comparative study of different models of governance of digitalization processes in the fashion industry. The objective of this research group is to investigate issues related to the development of new organizational forms deriving from the adoption of digital technologies and related collaborative platforms. Furthermore, the new "boundaryless" organizational forms are analyzed, such as virtual companies, e-marketplaces and new electronic intermediaries whose organizational boundaries are not clearly identifiable.
