The course of Quality Theory and Practice concerns many technical subjects with reference to the remarkable changes produced by quality culture diffusion in production, organization, management and environment fields. The links among quality, reliability, technical standardization and conformity certification are proposed in the first part of the course. The second part includes subjects related to local and global environmental sustainability, environmental regulation and voluntary environmental management schemes and eco-labelling of products.
