Learning outcomes

The course is aimed to give students conceptual, methodological and cultural skills to analyze and interpret the life conditions of different types of business, with particular reference to companies.
The course is aimed to explain the logical categories of business administration, developing the ability to use correct and appropriate terms; in addition, it is intended to bring students to acquire skills of accounting, as an instrument useful to express an analytical and synthetic view of management dynamics.

Examination Methods

In itinere, è prevista una prova di accertamento intermedia (circa a metà del semestre).
Tale prova è in forma scritta e verte sugli argomenti del programma affrontati sino a quel momento.
La prova intermedia è facoltativa per lo studente; valutata in 30esimi, permette di acquisire un bonus valevole solo per gli appelli d’esame che hanno svolgimento nella sessione immediatamente successiva alle lezioni; tale bonus si aggiunge al voto riportato nella prova scritta finale (se sufficiente), valutata in 100esimi.
L’entità del bonus dipende dal voto riportato nella prova intermedia:
- 3 punti di bonus se il voto della prova intermedia è compreso tra 18 e 20;
- 5 punti di bonus se il voto della prova intermedia è compreso tra 21 e 23;
- 7 punti di bonus se il voto della prova intermedia è compreso tra 24 e 26;
- 10 punti di bonus se il voto della prova intermedia è compreso tra 27 e 30.
La prova intermedia è introdotta con lo scopo di invogliare lo studente allo studio sistematico ed assiduo della materia; in particolare, essa è tesa ad accertare:
- la conoscenza delle nozioni sino a quel momento trattate durante le lezioni;
- l’assimilazione dei concetti-chiave nel loro corretto significato e nella loro interrelazione;
- la comprensione nelle operazioni gestionali e la loro analisi – secondo lo schema logico adottato – al fine di individuare le quantità d’azienda che le sintetizzano;
- la capacità di utilizzare gli strumenti contabili per la rilevazione dei principali eventi gestionali.
A conclusione delle lezioni, è prevista una prova scritta finale uguale per tutti gli studenti, a prescindere dall’aver partecipato o meno alla prova intermedia.
La prova scritta finale può riguardare tutti gli argomenti in programma che richiedono un’applicazione numerica; è articolata in più quesiti ispirati agli esempi presentati in aula durante le esercitazioni, nonché a quelli contenuti nel materiale disponibile on-line. Ad ogni quesito è associato un punteggio esplicitato nel testo della prova; la somma dei punteggi è uguale a 100.
La prova scritta finale è propedeutica alla prova orale alla quale lo studente è ammesso se ha riportato almeno 60 punti nella prova scritta finale; il punteggio di ammissione alla prova orale si ottiene sommando al voto della prova scritta (almeno 60/100esimi) il bonus conseguito nella prova intermedia.
La prova scritta finale è tesa ad accertare:
- la conoscenza degli argomenti in programma, soprattutto nei loro aspetti applicativi e metodologici;
- la capacità di applicare gli schemi logici alle diverse problematiche aziendali presentate, con particolare riferimento alla rilevazione contabile ed alla valutazione dei fatti gestionali più complessi.
La prova orale consiste in un colloquio obbligatorio che verte sull’intero programma ed è teso a verificare:
- la profondità e l’ampiezza delle conoscenze maturate;
- la proprietà di linguaggio;
- la capacità di collegare in forma sistemica le conoscenze.
La valutazione finale è espressa in 30esimi e tiene conto di tutte le prove – facoltative ed obbligatorie – predisposte ai fini dell’accertamento dell’apprendimento.
