The purpose of the research is to correlate models to data derived from managerial competences assessment using PerformanSe scientific and validated tools, in order to verify the impact of gender stereotypes and furthermore the influence of culture in different countries by comparing  data, gather from French , ltalian, Spanish  and Moroccan female managers.
Partner of the research project is PerformanSe SaS, Nantes, France.
