Curriculum

Federico Testa is Full Professor of Management at the Department of Business Administration, University of Verona.
 
His main research interests include:
  • public management, with a focus on governance and management of public utilities
  • energy efficiency and sustainability
  • service quality and customer satisfaction
He has published mainly in national and international journals, such as Sinergie Italian Journal of Management and Journal of Environmental Management, as well as in International Conferences, such as EuroMed Conference and Excellence in Services International Conference.
 
He is President of CUEIM (University Consortium of Industrial and Managerial Economics) Foundation, a non-profit organization which promotes scientific research.

This research group aims to measure service quality, brand equity and reputation of water utilities according to the perceptions of different stakeholders (e.g. citizens, firms, public administrations).
