Curriculum

Federico Brunetti holds a Degree in Economics from Verona University and a Phd in Business Administration from Venice University. He teaches degree and postgraduate courses in Business Management, Corporate Identity and Business Ethics, Digital Business and Web Marketing and Place Marketing. He is the Coordinator of the postgraduate course in Marketing and Business Communication at Verona University.
He is Associate Editor of Sinergie Italian Journal of Management and acts as a reviewer for international conferences (Marketing Trends, Toulon-Verona Conference, QMOD, Euromed).
Since 2017 he is member of the Scientific Committee of Excellence in Services International Conference (EISIC) and of the Scientific Committee of “Il Salone della CSR e dell’innovazione sociale”; since 2015 he is Associate Editor of Sinergie Italian Journal of Management, while through 2011-2016 he has been Director of Corso di Perfezionamento in Event Management 3.0.
 
His research interests include corporate identity and branding; Macromarketing and corporate’s role in society; decision-making in companies and epistemological and methodological issues in management. He has published in journals such as TQM Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Sinergie and other Italian journals. He is the author of three books, on quality in tourism, on movies for managerial development (with C. Baccarani) and on firm’s pervasiveness in society.

The Brand Management group aims at analysing the brand equity and brand loyalty creation processes through the study of the relationships between these latter and their antecedents.
Customer experience in services industry
The research group aims to investigate how services organizations - especially in the retail and hospitality industry - can improve customer experience.

The project deals with the demographic change in an interdisciplinary perspective and aims to elaborate new juridical tools for this problem and for the related generational transitions.

The research group Business model in the digital era aims at exploring, studying and analyzing the complex phenomenon of digitization in a business and managerial perspective.
