The course aims to offer the fundamental notions of Italian business law by examining the regulation of the individual and collective trading and non-trading enterprises, the different legal types of commercial partnerships, of limited companies and cooperative societies. It also includes an analysis of the structure and rules of the most important intra-enterprise operations, of the forms and rules of mergers, acquisitions, split-ups of companies, of the theory of company groups.
The lessons consist in ex cathedra lessons.
