Learning outcomes

The aim of this course is to develop a strong knowledge concerning the construction, the interpretation and the analysis of consolidated financial statements of listed entites. The analysis of group economic and financial performances, based on comprehension and use of group reporting system, in which are rapresented group performances, complete the course.

Assessment methods and criteria

The exam is in written form both for attending and for non-attending students. Students have also the possibility to ask for an oral exam in order to integrate the written test.
